Main Story Combat
Use your hero to fight through Main Story stages, earn experience, and obtain gear scaled to your Blessing Level.
Main Story Combat is the most important progression path in the game. By consuming Chaosite, you can earn a large amount of EXP and obtain gear that matches your current Blessing Level.
Each major chapter contains 10 stages. Every stage is guarded by a Boss, and the final stage features a Final Boss.
Defeating a Boss rewards Chaosite and/or Arcane Scroll (used for Skill Rune draws).
As stages are progressively unlocked, Main Story Combat will drop more and more item types.
For example: Sigil of Trials for participating in Arena battles, and Animite Shard for upgrading Sidekicks.
(Items dropped from Main Story Combat have a daily cap.)
Gear drops from Main Story Combat are limited by your Blessing Level.
The maximum Blessing Level is 45 (for now).
Each time you advance to a higher tier, the attributes of dropped gear will increase accordingly.
Blessing Level is upgraded using Arcane Crystal. After selecting an upgrade, there will be a short upgrade timer.
You can shorten/skip the required time with a Haste Scroll.
Your maximum player level is gated by your Honor Title.
Honor Title upgrades have three requirements, typically:
- Reach the required player level
- Reach the required Blessing Level
- Clear a specific stage
Honor Title not only increases certain stats, but also raises your maximum player level cap.
